that first pic is so nasty. being extremely anorexic ages people so much. in a psych class i took in uni a few years ago, they demonstrated the rapid aging due to lack of body fat. it's so sad to be so sick. and i don't really get why no one seems to see that nicole has a problem.

It doesn`t have to be fake. I work with anorexic people, and they can go this far. Sad, just sad. And that goes for Nicole too..

I remember the 'fake' debate. I don't think so - her body is in roughly the same position but her right heel is higher off the ground in the first pic than the second. Why would you bother getting breast implants and, more important, who would agree to perform the surgery?

Maybe she has cancer or something. Either way, that is certainly not healthy.

One thing I don't get, why do anorexics slouch all the time? Is it too hard to hold up their head and walk straight? It's too heavy?
