That's one of the sure signs that a woman is not eating and excersing properly. If someone has a bony upper body but "meaty" cellulite on their lower body, then they have lost most of their muscle tone and have left little pockets of fat left. It'll be tough for Sasha to regain that muscle.
Anyway this article while a bit informative on what 2 models on a different spectrum think does'nt really have much affect on the fashion industry. It shows once again that the industry is not paying attention to what's in between the super skinny and the plus size range.
