Anne Hathaway has vowed that she would rather lose out on a part than lose weight for a film role. The Becoming Jane star said recently: “I’ve had directors go ‘you’re best for the role, but you’ve put on weight’. If they make a big deal about [losing] 5lbs, I don’t want to deal with them

You know, I have a feeling if more actresses just stood up to this hollywood thing of being a stick directors and that such would have less control over how their actresses weigh.

I don't like a lot of actresses out there...but Anne Hathaway I actually do not mind.

I've liked her ever since 'The Princess Diaries'

I just hope she sticks to what she says and doesn't fall into the size 0 trap...because I read once where she used to diet obsessively (before TPD I believe...) and that is something that one can easily fall back into.

Personally I think she has a great figure.

Keep it up Anne, don't give in to the pressure!

Anne Hathaway is one of these actresses who wear a larger size than 00 and who talk about it constantly. Like Kate Winslet or ScarJo. It's like they have a handicap and want to get publically recognized for it. Kinda like, I run the Iron Man, even though I only have one leg.
