She does usually go up and down between projects but she hasn't been this big since her Control album. Plus she's getting older and can't keep yo-yoing, it's not healthy. Her metabolism is probably already out of wack and she will eventually find it impossible to get back down. She'll lose some weight by her next album but hopefully she can find a median between super six pack and free willy.

There is no way that she is 160 lbs. I think she's heavier than that (or else all the clothes she's wearing makes her look bigger).

Yeah I've see women that are 160lbs and they don't look that wide or big. Maybe it's because Janet is'nt wearing clothes that flatter a "plus size" or something.*shrugs shoulders*

I'm around that weight (probably, I haven't been on a scale since August) and 5'6". And I don't (and never have) looked like that. She's either so much shorter than that pic says or at least 20 pounds heavier.

she HAD one hell of a body!

I'd be glad to lend you a hand! It's her own fault, Im mean look at Kate Winslet, she not Hollywood picture of ideal weight and she looks great and she excepts it. I hate that Janet's doing yo-yo diets, especially just for promoting, I dont mind her looking chunky. You get use to her looking a certain way one minute and the next, sitting on the floor with a bag of cookies saying, "fuck it".
