Victoria Beckham bans size zero models

POSH BANS SIZE ZERO MODELS

Instead of using size zero models for her fashion label, super skinny Victoria Beckham has announced that she will instead opt for more curvy girls - to promote a healthy body image to young girls.

A source tells The Sun: "Victoria wants to give out a positive image that you don't have to be ultra skinny to look good. Many of the models on the catwalk make young girls feel insecure about their own bodies. Victoria doesn't want to be accused of giving young girls a complex about their image and putting pressure on them to be as skinny as her."

As a result, Posh has hired Brazilian model Daniella Sarahyba, whose curves come in at a drool-worthy 35-26-36. (By contrast, Mrs. Beckham once famously requested a pair of 23-inch jeans – the same size Gap use for a seven-year-old.)

Victoria's weight has been the subject of intense scrutiny and she has even admitted to having had "problems" with eating in the past, but the UK import is on a mission to improve society's view of woman's body.

Call me a cynic, but if you ask me, she only picked curvy women so that she will look better when standing next to them when she launches the brand in her new home city of LA.

Yep, that's what I was thinking. She wants to be THE skinniest.

Meanwhile her hot hubby will be scouting out all the curvy chicks.

Victoria's measurements dont even qualify as a 'body' in my opinion.
And this made me laugh- wants to promote a healthy body image, not personally she doesn't.

I read on another site that the model is 5'10" and 120lbs. Apparently that is 'curvy' to her. (rolls eyes)

well at least she is getting 'curvier' girls to model for her. doesn't mean she's going to be out there modeling them. maybe she will gain some weight. after seeing what she said about scientology maybe she will become normal eventually.

They shouldnt have used the word 'curvy' this daniella girl is nicely built, healthy in the old supermodel way. Models will always be thin, but she isnt skeletal!
