I don't know who she is but in the 2004 pic she's a bombshell. Too sad and frightening. Drugs or anorexia?

Yikes. She's not even as skinny as a lot of Hollywood starlets, but you can tell she's just not supposed to be this thin. She looks positively sickly. A perfect example of what unnaturally thin looks like.

She looks like a junkie: Hollow cheecks, bruises all over her body, ratty unhealthy hair, dead eyes. Junkie for sure.

^^ I agree. She looks more like a case of drug addiction than someone with an eating disorder. Whatever's going on with her it can't be good if you look like that!

I read in Cosmo that the reason for her weight loss was due to drugs, alcohol, and an eating disorder. She looks way better in 2004, now all you see is a huge head of hair

That can't be the same person. In the 2004 pic she has only one visible tattoo, on her right forearm. In the 2006 pic that tattoo is gone, but new ones have appeared.

I think it's the same person, maybe she lasered off the tattoo or the picture was flipped left to right/reversed?

It's kinda funny how on her websites the song plays "They try to make me go rehab, I say no~no~no~...... I ain't got the time~" So she must be really into drugs (= cause of her weight loss?) and is singing about it... (not funny in the sense that she's a druggie/alcoholic but the fact she's singing that she's refusing to go is kinda ironic funny...)
