There's no way nicole had a gastric bypass done. She was never big enough, I think she just doesn't eat because he doesn't either. He can only nibble small amounts of food at a time.

Wow, I had no idea he used to look like that. I'd only seen him skinny. He still isn't attractive though. I wouldn't date him fat or slim.

They dated before his gastric bypass and she stood by him. I read an interview on him in which he was saying how supportive she was of him and really helped him get through the gastric bypass.
It seems that they really both care about each other though. She has improved how she looks and dresses and he has improved his health by losing weight. Maybe they try to bring out the best in each other.
