Computer wizards mocked up the picture for Living TV show Extreme: Skinny Celebrities.

And they predict Nicole's dramatic weight loss could leave her dead by 63.

The daughter of singer Lionel Richie and star of reality show The Simple Life has become increasingly slim over the past couple of years.

The picture shows Richie 20 years into the future.

"We have used the latest CGI technology to fast-forward the stars' lives. Our aim is to shock the stars and the public out of their fascination with staying thin," a Living TV spokeswoman said.

"This show is the ultimate antidote to dieting," she added.

It will reveal the shock consequences of extreme weight loss - including osteoporosis, hair loss, dental decay, early menopause and heart disease.

The programme will also turn the spotlight on other slimline stars including Sophie Dahl, Renee Zellweger, Teri Hatcher, Victoria Beckham and Nicole Kidman.

I love these things. Frightening for whom exactly?? And we all know that if sh'es still around she'll look more like Wildenstein than anyone.
I can't imagine her (or any of these artificially aged 'celebs') letting wrinkles get that 'bad'

^ It's frightening because that is FAR older than a 45 year old should look. That after picture look older than my Grandma does.

you know what makes these 'in 20 years photos' so funny?? the fact that they have the same hair and clothes as they would have '20 years' earlier...it is kinda silly to imagine an old lady with highlights and a blue ruffle dress...
