She has it on upside down. I don't know why she does, but thats why it looks so incredibly stupid.

Her body is fine; she is just small chested. Now if she takes bathing suit wearing lessons, she'll be okay.

I always thought her legs looked like toothpicks on the show, but she looks like a normal skinny girl here with no T&A.
