K-Fed Goes Commando for Weight Loss Show

It takes a lot of guts to pose in just a pair of skimpy camouflage underwear -- but that's exactly what Kevin Federline did for his first appearance on VH1's "Celebrity Fit Club: Boot Camp."

A 232-pound Federleezy took the "before" pics for his stint on the reality show -- in which he hoped to shed 30 lbs.

During last night's premiere, Federline told the judges, "I look like a pregnant man."

We'll see if the show helps K-Fed give birth to a new physique.

'He blames his weight gain in recent years on depression following his divorce from Britney Spears, with whom he has two sons four-year-old Sean Preston and three-year-old Jayden James.

He revealed: 'Me and Brit are good now. Everybody knows I've had a tough road but I am happy where we are at now. Everything we went through played a part in my weight gain.'

'You go through certain situations in your life and some people get depressed and eat more and I was one of those people. Some people get stressed and they lose weight. With me that wasn't the case.'

'I went through a lot of things and I would definitely say that those things contributed to me gaining weight - that is for sure.'

Considering that he's not terribly overweight, a goal of 5 pounds a week is a bit much. The norm is around 2 pounds for weight that stays off. When you try to lose too much too quickly, it usually comes right back plus some.

That shit for brains married air head for her money, the entire time he was still with the mother of his other clan. He used her and when she was talking divorce boom he knocked her up again. Then when she flakes out and goes through her postpartem depression, drinking, shaving off her hair and showing her butt crack he gets the kids because no one encluding her darn family was there to help. They are only their with their hands out.

If ever a person was used and screwed in their life it would be Britney Spears...... that coming from someone who has never heard her sing one song. AND while I'm at it Justin Timberlake you weren't any better kissing and telling...... shame on you. "flips hair and makes a grand exit"

And Bobby's just got crack bloat and ashy legs. I forgot this show was coming on, but I'll watch it just to laugh at Bobby & K-Fed.
