She should've picked a brighter green. Also, the top squashes and minimizes her boobs and the style of the straps narrows her top half which in turn makes her bottom half look wider.
She's not super toned but she'd look fine in a different style. Ugh, this is why I hate bathing suit shopping.

one of my friends had that exact same bathing suit on (or a VERY close knock off...) a few weeks ago and she looked amazing in it. hers was from target.
she looks squishy and that bathing suit isn't helping matters.

I would say that she looks average for regular every day average people. Not pretty, toned or hot by any stretch of the imagination.

I think she's pretty.
Also, it's hard to look amazing from that angle... the slightly raised, looking down sort of camera shot. It squishes people terribly, especially if they're short (she's only 5'4"). Plus, as someone who's that light-reflectively pale as her, it's kind of impossible to look like you have much tone in the middle of summer when the sunglare off of your skin could practically blind someone. The lighting is just particularly bad.
She's still slim and still looks good.
