The men of Rome
god what a veritable box of sex that program was, mainly down to the awesome James Purefoy. I was surprised to find out that his home town is where my grandma used to live, about 35 miles down the road.
Anyway...phwoar. Please post any of your fave Romans here as well

THANK YOU! James Purefoy is one of my favorites. He exudes sex appeal, especially as Marc Antony. Lovely, lovely man.
Of course, you are right, the men of Rome are pretty spectacular.

Purefoy was great as Marc Antony, and was the only real life character in that series who was well cast, imo.
I couldn't help but notice that Ray Stevenson (Pullo) is very good-looking, even though his character is such a swine. I'm sure someone else will come with pics- I'm too lazy to figure out how to post them myself.

i also think tobias menzies (played brutus) was hot. he's not conventionally good looking but there is just something about him (enough for kristin scott thomas to leave her husband of 20 years for anyhow).

I totally loved him in Vanity Fair. I did not know he was in Rome. I may now watch.

James Purefoy was gorgeous as Marc Anthony. I also thought the actor who played Brutus, Tobias Menzies, was strangely sexy, although not conventionally attractive.
Pullo does nothing for me - he reminds me of a meathead football player.
