Oh please. They could have interviewed hundreds and hundreds of people, but they edit it to include only the stupid ones.

That reminds me of a UK tabloid headline triumphantly announcing that most Americans couldn't find Iraq on a map. I did a little experiment; I downloaded and printed a blank map of the middle east showing only countries and their borders...it wasn't labeled at all. I asked my work colleagues to find Iraq on this map. None were able to, and they're supposed to be so much BETTER at geography than we are.

Lesson: There are morons everywhere. The US does not have exclusive rights to stupidity.

    Very funny.
Evil - was that CNNNN? I spotted the Aussie accent from the 'reporter' but unfortunately I think the Americans he spoke to were for real. So Australia is France and Korea too. Hmmmmmmmm

Here's a test for you. It's a geography game, just like you described.
There are different games for different regions of the world --
Canada, Australia, Europe, Africa, the Middle East.

Each game is a clickable map with the names removed.
WHen the little plane flies by with a banner saying the
name of a state, you click on the outline which you think
    belongs to the state.

Which country to invade? Well, from Chimpy McSmirkface and his gang's point of view any country that hasn't invaded us but has loads of natural resources (OIL).

Did anyone see the BBC map of the South during Katrina that had very wrong states and misspelling from their website? It's not just Americans that have no earthly idea where anything is.

I did; I posted those on the board and made fun of them on my website. The BBC wasn't the only org to get it wrong, either; you should have seen the front page of The Independent the day after Katrina hit.

    Buncha fuckin' retards.

They already tried to overthrow Chavez but that failed.
And what's alarming is that CNN is reporting it from the
State Dept.'s point of view when journalists who were
there, on the ground, know that the coup was overthrown
    by the public.
