    ^^ I shouldn't be venting at you. You're raising a valid point;
    the minute the GC puts something into print is the minute
    that military minds try and tap dance around the literal meaning.
    It's not napalm, because we use a different type of gasoline
    in a different proportion...it's not napalm because we mix it
    with a different chemical...we're not using chemical weapons,
    we're just using them to light up battle scenes at night; and so on...

    It is good to see that people are willing to state their opinions on this matter.

    This whole abuse/torture just sickens me. No way can this be allowed to continue, nor can we allow the US government to toss us a couple of low level soldiers like they did with Abu Ghraib.

    I have been researching this on the 'net for several days now, and it is very clear that the top level Military and politicians were very aware of what was going on. I am trying to focus just on mainstream sites and stay away from the more controversial ones.

    Here is a link to an excellent site regarding American torture. On this site is the chain of command, legal memos and military reports.

    I urge everyone that is interested in this subject to read ALL of the documentation on this site.
