This is very disturbing information especially the part where we learn that Planned Parenthood made over $800 million dollars in one recent fiscal year:

    Oh look what i found:

Cybercast News Service (CNS) is a subsidiary of the conservative news monitoring group, the Media Research Center (MRC). Originally calling itself the "Conservative News Service," CNS changed its name to Cybercast in 2000

CNS is exactly what we've come to expect from the hard-right groups who deceptively label themselves as "news" services in hopes of swindling a gullible American populace and inculcating them with "conservative" propaganda.

Seriously, if you're going to quote something to bolster your argument, don't use ridiculously neocon slanted, biased articles, writtin by administration mouthpieces. Yeesh.

For the love of pete, this "news" service publishes articles from that gay manwhore Jeff Gannon who was a Bush cabal darling in the press corps.

I'm not sure why it's so disturbing that Planned Parenthood makes a profit by offering gynocological services. I'm sure that if my ob office were a nationwide franchise it would make a killing as well. I've been to planned parenthood lots and actually when I got pregnant with my first child that's where I went to verify the pregnancy. No one offered me an abortion, they did ask me if this was a planned pregnancy and if I needed any information on 'alternatives' and I CHOSE not to take the information - so I'm not sure what they would have given me.

If women are choosing abortions because they don't have adequate information then we have an education problem - don't ban abortions, just educate our children. How about that approach?

You won't change people through legislation but education might work.

This article is no worse than the trashy socialist far left one sided material you post. I only posted the link to cite the PP income statistics.

Oh and I'm glad that you're learning from me by investigating the source of the article.

    - its disturbing because its a shame that so many profit off of murdering unborn children

    - whenever i hear people say education or re-education over an issue like this i shift in my chair just slightly. that's almost as insulting as sensitivity training so many were forced to undergo in the 80's and 90's.

    1) I don't post "far left" articles. I get them from respected news sources that are internationally known. You need to get that through your thick skull as I've had to repeat it about 50 times.

Yeah, now don't be ridiculous enough to post garbage from right-wing think tanks because it's immediately null and void.

You could do with any kind of education.

Ya know, it's not like abortion is the main service PP provides. Many young or low income women rely on them for annual paps, free condoms, and bc pills, breast screens, pregnancy tests, etc. So what if they make some $$. They subsidize medical care for a lot of women.

Oh but apparently that makes them worse that Hitler, and apparently that makes them a scam.

Expecting compensation for services rendered IS THE TOOL OF THE DEVIL!

I think they do a lot of good. They provide services to lots of women who might not get them otherwise. I don't see there being a problem if they make a profit. Why would it be? I think I'm just echoing your point here.
