So what exactly will be in this book? How I Quit Being the Gubernator of Alaska halfway through my term? How people nationwide have made fun of me for the last year? How I gave birth to a special needs child? How my daughter got knocked up out of wedlock? Me and The Toddster at Snowmobile Races? Fancy pageant walkin'? Being a weather girl at an obscure TV station? How to finally earn a bachelor's degree after transferring to a half dozen different colleges? She obviously needs the money. Her life isn't that fascinating, except to her.

If advance sales are any indication, Palin may have a bestseller on her hands.

Palin's book shoots to No. 1
(CNN) – Sarah Palin's 432 page memoir isn't set to be released for more than seven weeks, but the highly anticipated tell-all has already shot to No. 1 on Barnes and Nobles' Web site, supplanting new releases from bestselling authors Dan Brown and Mitch Albom.
The forthcoming book has also vaulted up Amazon.com's bestseller list, currently holding the No. 3 spot just behind Glenn Beck's "Arguing with Idiots: How to Stop Small Minds and Big Government."
The book — titled "Going Rogue: An American Life" in reference to the anonymous criticism directed at the former Alaska governor by aides to Republican presidential nominee John McCain — is scheduled to be released on November 17.
Palin's publisher, Harper, has ordered a massive first printing of 1.5 million copies, and is not releasing an electronic version until the day after Christmas in an effort to drive up sales of the more expensive hardcover edition, the Wall Street Journal reported Wednesday

Let's make a movie about it starring Tina Fey.

They should have Tina Fey do the book tour. She's better at being Palin than Palin.

But that's just over a couple of days. When she stays up there for a few weeks on the pre-sale list, then perhaps it'll be a best seller.

Hopefully her next book will be called 'Going Away.'
On another note, I'd love to see a copy of the book before it went to the editors.

As much as I would love to see Palin's book crash & burn like Joe the fake plumber's did, she's got enough of a conservative following to get a best-seller.

I have a feeling that a lot of the sales are going to be people that just want to see how bad the book really is...I hope.

I think the same Fox News crowd that helped Glenn Beck get a couple of best sellers, will probably buy Palin's book, too.
The good thing about the book is that, hopefully, it will inspire Tina Fey to play Palin again. SNL needs a funny skit.

That's what I just wrote on the other Palin thread. Great minds think alike.

Aaagghh! The bunny hisses!
I love how it looks like she has cleavage and it's actually just a shadow from her jacket. It'll give the dirty old White men something to focus on without feeling like hypocrites. ("Why am I aroused? There's no boobs, so it must be the flag pin!"). I doubt her fans have ever heard of subliminal seduction.

Well, they didn't want something that looked "elite-y" like it was done in some fancy, New York anti-American studio.
