Wha??? So if the taxpayers want "Aryan superiority" taught, that's okay? That women aren't equal to men? That condoms cause AIDS??

[Whoa, wait a minute. Only a small fraction of Christians believe the earth was created a few thousand years ago. Most of us believe the fossil records that show it was hundreds of billions of years ago].

Ok, help me with this. How come many Christians can agree that the world wasn't created in six days because that's impossible, it's not to be taken literally, science shows it's not true, etc. But yet still believe in the immaculate conception, for instance? Parthenogenesis in humans is impossible, last time I checked. Or the resurrection, for that matter....reanimation days later of a corpse? How do some of you more "enlightened" Christians pick and choose what impossible parts of the Bible to believe? What to take literally and what not?

And I can't even get into the ignorance regarding what a scientific "theory" is, and the nature of scientific inquiry. It's like banging one's head against a brick wall. Some of you *ahem* really need to be in school (preferably not in Texas).

lol Funny, but seriously, creationism has as much right to be taught as big Bang Theory, or any other idea about how life started.

When creationism has any science behind it, then it can be let into science class.

    Not before.

Big bang theory is a scientific theory with measurable fact and evidence supporting it.

Creationism is a bunch of booga booga bullshit unsupported by anything but a musty book written by cavemen 2000 years ago who knew nothing of science.

It can't be recreated, so it can't be proven. Because God created it. Maybe if the gov't wasn't trying to ban homeschooling, they could homeschool their kids, and this wouldn't be an issue.

Well, history can't be recreated either. Should we not teach history either?

What are you even talking about, the gov't trying to ban homeschooling? And please define science and explain why creationism should be taught in science class. Maybe you would like evolution and the big bang theory to be taught in church? Same thing.
