    agree. and i'm glad that option exists, especially in countries where you could never mobilise a majority to vote on minority rights issues or for candidates that openly support them. it's a safeguard of the system to protect minorities against the tyranny of the majority. i also think it's the only chance the US has of getting rid of the death penalty.
