Good for Obama for pointing out what is right there in the Congressional Record about McCain's spotty history.
McCain is going to blast his desperate lies full guns blazing for at least the next few days. They're going to try to inflict as much damage before the Troopergate report is released.

I thought I read Mccorpse's camp appealed a ruling for against it going forward?

They did appeal and the Alaska Supreme Court will hear the case on Wednesday and release their opinion on Thursday. Most agree that the ASC is only hearing the issue to put it to bed that the legislature has the right to investigate. They are not expected to rule in favor of the McCain camp. At ALL.

I predict McCain will lose his 'place' on a question and repeat himself needlessly. At which time, the left side of his face will tighten up and twitch horribly. The man is two steps from core meltdown. I expect it to happen between now and November 4.
