Oh hell I know that but I had to vote for somebody and I picked the less of two evils.
I know now that Gore's forehead is responsible for Global warming but back in 2000 I was still ignorant of that knowledge.

Thank you to all who sacrificed the ultimate so this day could be more than a dream. Now, no one has any reason for not reaching for the sky. You gave everyone exactly what you gave everything for. Hope and not hopelessness.

We are forever indebted to you.

President Bush was given an Iraqi-journalist-style sendoff on his last full day in office Monday, as tourists and demonstrators lobbed shoes, pumps, boots, sandals and Crocs from Pennsylvania Avenue onto the White House lawn.
Before launching the operation live, the shoe-chuckers took target practice in Dupont Circle on a 20-foot-tall blow up doll of the outgoing president, decked out in the flight suit he wore aboard the "Mission Accomplished" aircraft carrier.

Omg this shoe throwing exhibit is incredibly awesome!! And the NA NA NA GOODBYE chanting--I love it, my heart swelled with pride at everyone giving Chimpy a piece of their mind! *applause* I hope he got the gist that he sucks and people hate him.

Being almost 60 years old, having seen segregation in the south, to me, it is a historic event. Maybe to the younger generation it shouldn't be, but it is. I am not black and cannot imagine or pretend to imagine what it means to them, but when I was 12 and went from Winnipeg Canada on a trip to New Orleans, I saw things I will never forget or understand. I live in San Diego now and although I almost never cry, I have done my fair share since Nov. 4th. That's the reason 2 million people were there. It is a Historic Day. Next time it won't be, this time it is. I am so glad I was allowed to live to see it.
If I can't be a good example, then let me be a horrible warning.
