^If the dems can pick up enough seats to solidify the confirmation process, Hills will be a supreme court justice soon. If not, she will be majority speaker or secretary of state. Either way, she will not be just another senator.

Is it wrong that every time I read this thread title I think she's referring to sticking with the Missionary position? Mind in gutter.

It's a pretty foregone conclusion that Obama will reward her with a prominent position and she'll claim surprise at the offer before taking it. Supreme Court would be a good fit or perhaps a cabinet level position.

I'd like to see her on the Supreme Court.

I'd like to see her become Senate Majority Leader after this election. I think she'd do a better job than Harry Reid. Then once a Supreme Court opening came up, I'd like to see her on that. We need another woman on the Supreme Court. I know Ruth has felt a little lonely ever since Sandra left.

I thought about that after I wrote the title, but I didn't change it.

I'm torn, I can't decide between atty. general and supreme court justice. That is for life and I don't know if H is wanting to be in the game that long.

I'd definitely go for Supreme Court Justice. The effect her decisions would have would be far more reaching than AG. Plus she could retire on her own terms.

It would completely rock, wouldn't it. Wouldn't it be great, I think just her presence on there would make some of the pro-coat hanger people crawl right back under their rocks and never come out again.
