It was very enlightening when I went to the Texas Association of Counties conference back in August; just to see the way things work on the local level is frightening.

I know this is a horrible thing to say but I think your country may be heading for civil breakdown. And one side has an awful lot more guns than the other.

I think that might happen too. What percentage of the country do you think has gone off the deep end drinking the Beck/Limbaugh haterade and carrying guns to rallies? 10%?

I wish we could just give all of them Alaska and move them up there permanently since they seem to want their own country so badly.
