I'm sick about Riley winning. I really thought our Democratic female candidate might have a shot. She got close.

I can't believe Macaca Allen is leading Webb. I mean, people have to really try to be this stupid, it doesn't just happen.

edit: Well, according to CNN Webb now has a very tiny lead.

Nah, CNN has Webb pulling ahead.

it's gonna be a dead heat, and Macaca has been involved with a lot of voter fraud, suppression, etc.

They'll do a recount of Webb is less than 1% ahead.

I had a feeling that was going to happen in Virginia. The minute they said the precincts that they were waiting on were in Northern VA and absentee ballots from Fairfax county in Northern VA.

Is Northern VA mostly democrat? I read that there were some absentee votes that were being counted from there.

Yes, for the most part. It's one or two key cities, Alexandria and Arlington. Very small area, but mostly this is considered a suburb of DC.

Also, just heard on MSNBC 33,000 votes yet to be counted in Fairfax county. This is more than likely going to boost Webb.

Well, Corker won Tennessee. I'm pissed.
I don't understand how people could vote for him. Harold Ford, Jr. is a better candidate, dammit. What the hell is wrong with these people?
Maybe I should move to another state...

And with that I'm off to bed. Nite all!

I'm still really pissed about the Affimative Action ban that was passed here in Michigan. I bet you the bigots over in Grand Rapids and the backward areas in Western MI were responsible for it. God damn cretins It's a hard pill to swallow.

^^That's really just awful. McCaskill's got a tiny lead in MO and Webb's leading Virginia. The dems could take the freaking senate!
