I've never been to the Olive Garden, but on the commercials it looks like it's fun of young, intelligent, hip, vibrant (i.e., not Republican) folks. Is that not true? Is it a bastion of the Southern soccer mom and the frightened old white man?

Carry on, Olive Garden. This is your flash-in-the-pan fame chance- work it like you know Sarah Palin would! Make her proud!

Exactly. More fake outrage. Sarah Palin style.

There's an Olive garden commercial that always cracked me up.
Uncle Giorgio visits the american relatives from Italy, so they take him to an Olive Garden......
they left out the last part, where he shoots them, which is what would happen if you took an actual Italian to an Olve Garden

I feel a little silly. When Dave first made the joke I really thought it was to insult A Rod.

I was so happy they protested. It showed what a joke "Palin's issue" reallyis since only a dozen or so people were outraged enough to show. There were more members of the press and others there to support Dave. This "protest" was an epic fail.
