Half? I think that's an exaggeration. I can't think of anyone in Bush's cabinet who is under indictment for anything, really.

    Uh, well Rove for one..

DeLay, while not in Bush's cabinet is the prime mover and shaker in the house.. indicted..

Frankly I'm surprised Rumsy hasn't been already, somehow his sheer idiocy has made him invisible

Rove hasn't been indicted yet though, has he? That's one out of what, 12 or 13 people? DeLay was the House majority leader; he has nothing to do with the cabinet.

Rove hasn't been indicted yet. If he had been, my DH would be doing a delirious happy dance around our house and we'd be having a huge party. No such luck.

Cheney may not have been indicted YET but there doesn't seem to be any doubt that he was right there in the thick of things, as was Bush, Scooter (God, what a dumbass frat boy name) and who knows who else. I think we're seeing the top of the iceburg as far as their absolute need to consolidate all power. This whole thing is going to get much uglier before it ends.

And although Delay is the majority house leader, thus not a member of the Cabinet, he is known as the prime 'hammer' for Bush and co. in Congress. He was one of Bush's key weapons in getting things slammed through. His demise should make the next 2 ½ years quite interesting, particularly since his replacement is a carbon copy.
