If she ever truly has slipped up calling the president her husband I wouldn't doubt that it may be a nickname or kidding around type of thing being as they are good friends all these years. I've had people I refer to by weird nicknames and such that once in awhile I forget and call them by their nickname out of context..

If that's the case, then she's a disrespectful bitch because the man HAS a wife. I wouldn't dream of calling a married man "my husband" as a nickname, at the very least out of respect for his wife.
As a wife myself, I damned sure wouldn't appreciate someone "kidding around" like that about MY husband. Grr.
