Hawaii needs his footprints to generate his "genuine" birth certificate.
    Posted by B....... at October 21, 2008 04:55 PM

I thought his handlers said Hawaii was one of the 57 states he wasn't allowed to go to as well as Alaska. WTF. He's a hipocrite. Oh wait, Lib/Dim/Socialist it goes without saying.

Posted by Ray at October 21, 2008 05:06 PM

A little humble Obama for the press, he loves his grammy more than being president. Of course not letting it get to press would have shown class,,oh, never mind, talking about Obama
Posted by james old guy at October 21, 2008 05:29 PM

Michelle is going to sub for him? I guess she hates whites so much she won't even go see her g'ma-in-law on perhaps her death bed. What a stand up lady. Obama also has to be commended here. I mean your grandmother, the person that raised you health is failing, you own your own plane and it only takes you three days to decide to go to her side. Again what a stand up guy.
Posted by kerrcarto at October 21, 2008 07:17 PM

Since Phil Berg is registering admissions by Obamanation and the DNC, he might as well stay in Hawaii.
Posted by Jeremy at October 21, 2008 08:20 PM

it sounded strange to me when I heard the "news" now anyone going for the throat...erg I mean telling the truth....will now not only be a racist, a non-patriot, or a Mysoginist...but now we will be heartless cruel fool!!!! takes him 3 days to get there!!!??? this the same woman that Michelle and the KIDS could not see?????? this guy is a PHONEY!!!!! But Theresa likes him so ?????
Posted by ty guy at October 21, 2008 08:46 PM

Ray...we can no longer call him a socialist, haven't you heard? It's a code word for black. Now be a good little guilty racist redneck whitey and vote for this country to be turned into an Obamanation.

Sorry, forgot to give credit where it's due. Found it at Drudge.
Posted by MiketheRadioMan at October 21, 2008 09:20 PM

I think it's legitimate and he should visit her. She did raise him, after all! It is bad timing, but this kind of stuff does happen. If he's smart he won't attempt to use his grandmother's situation for political gain. Because only a real turd would do that.
Posted by PeggyU at October 21, 2008 09:29 PM

    Peggy, he is a turd.
Posted by Daryl at October 21, 2008 09:46 PM

So you are damning the man for visiting his sick Grandmother? Priceless. Why don't you attack Palin the same way for not going on "Meet the Press"? She can take the time out of her busy schedule to do SNL.
Posted by Teresa at October 21, 2008 10:40 PM

*PDS ALERT!* *PDS ALERT!* *PDS ALERT!* Too bad JHE isn't running against Palin. Will you morons ever get that through your heads? Oh yeah btw, and JHE prolly took more time out of his silly schedule to be on SNL than he did to visit his "typical white" grandmother. If in fact she's actually ill, he's only using this for political gain to get the old, whitey vote. So fucking transparent. TDHO, you have to be one of the most ridiculous libs to ever leave droppings here. At least we know haha is a little pussy from Poway who still masturbates to FHM. It's just teenage antics for him, but you are an old hag who should know better, and you're actually serious about what you write.
Only seven letters come to mind whenever I see you post here: D-U-M-B-A-S-S! Unlike Joe The Jackass, who is actually running against Palin, I know how many letters are in a word.

    CD~ well said.
Posted by patrick at October 21, 2008 11:45 PM

TDO: This is what I said:
If he's smart he won't attempt to use his grandmother's situation for political gain.
I didn't assign any crass motive to his action here. I believe he is responding to a close family member in need, no more no less. I simply said if he is smart he will not act like a typical politician and use this to gain any campaign leverage. What part of that don't you get?

    I voted today!
    "I'm a Georgia Voter!"
And I have the sticker to prove it.

I brought my Thomas Jefferson Quote-of-the-Day with me (yeah ... -we got that):

"A little patience, and we shall see the reign of witches pass over, their spells dissolve, and the people, recovering their true sight, restore their government to its true principles. It is true that in the meantime we are suffering deeply in spirit, and incurring the horrors of a war and long oppressions of enormous public debt… And if we feel their power just sufficiently to hoop us together, it will be the happiest situation in which we can exist. If the game runs sometimes against us at home we must have patience till luck turns, and then we shall have an opportunity of winning back the principles we have lost, for this is a game where principles are at stake."

    – Thomas Jefferson
Letter to John Taylor, June 4, 1798 in The Writings of Thomas Jefferson p. 1050.
Posted by DanS. at October 22, 2008 12:59 AM

"I voted today!" -As did I... multiple, upon multiple, upon multiple multiple times! I didn't even need a driver's license to vote 20 times! Isn't this country great? You don't even have to be a citizen to vote... Hell, you don't even have to show I.D. as a citizen of this country. FUCK democracy.
"I'm a Georgia Voter!" -YAY! Can't wait for the fraternity party! Maybe we can get a few more beers in these felons to seal the deal? Whadda you think Dano? We have hope, and we have change in mind... No need for I.D. to vote huh? That would be racist wouldn't it?
Hope. Change. Change-the-hope... (insert mantra here...) Or was it hope for change? Keep your change. I can't believe that you are willing to bend over to socialism and the downfall of the country that you fought so hard for while your party spat upon you!
Posted by CharlieDelta at October 22, 2008 01:57 AM

So much to speak of here with you, but you know as well as I do that my beer is all gone by 2AM here in Lil Barn Jawja. I did not 'bend over' for anyone! Rather, I decided to stand up on my own two feet. Regardless of all the hyperbole, It is time for a change regardless. Bush has caused this in the name of what his handlers' indicated he should do. I endured that for the last 8 years. Now be a gentleman and watch what we can do for the next-but-4. And I want no more foot-dragging on your part than I offered over the last eight! CD, with your help, we can be the America that both you & I have wanted all of our lives'. To bed, I am, here on the East Coast. Rest assured I'll be looking to read you first thing in the mornin'. An aside: the neighborhood smells of woodsmoke; I keep checking my clothes for smolder-burns. And let me make this perfectly-clear regardless of any/all argument: One needs to present a Photo ID to Vote! No Excuses, no Exceptions!
Posted by DanS. at October 22, 2008 02:23 AM

DanS: Thanks for a timely and encouraging quote.
Posted by PeggyU at October 22, 2008 02:45 AM

Bush has caused this in the name of what his handlers' indicated he should do.
Here we go again, Dano. How are you supposed to be taken seriously when you are constantly barking about Dubya? He's done. No mas, El Senior' Boooooosch is done! Get over it! He's fucking done! When are you gonna have an argument about anthing that has nothing to do with Dubya?
Tell me how JHE is going to improve things? Better yet, tell me how JHE is gonna make my life better than it already is? I work for a living. I pay my taxes. I provide for myself. I get by. I don't have kids that I cannot afford. I am living the American Dream without expectations of someone providing me something I didn't earn in the first place. As a productive member of society, plese tell me why I am obligated to provide for someone who is too lazy to produce, and why anyone is obligated to provide for those too lazy to produce? In this country, you either have the choice to succeed, and you have the choice to fail. If one chooses to fail, why should that weigh on my shoulders?
    I choose to succeed...
Posted by CharlieDelta at October 22, 2008 03:01 AM

Miketheradioman, I have a button I'm wearing in two weeks. It says "Angry White Voter". Hopefull that will get my point across. DanS, whoop the fucking do you voted. I'm sure you voted for the magical negroe, but you do know he won't take Georgia so you're vote was a waste don't you?
Posted by Ray at October 22, 2008 06:33 AM

Maybe Grandma will tell him that if she's still alive and kicking on November 4 she's voting for McRino/MILF? Of course the LMS will then dismiss that as her falling off her rocker. If Obama really wants to imporve things, he can start by forcing all welfare people to get sterilized immediately! This way they don't produce another wave of lazy asses that only buy the name brand groceries with their food stamps/our tax dollars while working stiffs clip coupons, search sales flyers for lowest prices, and settle for store brand on some items.
Posted by Darrell at October 22, 2008 06:52 AM

well said. You guys... get real... how on earth could he go see her and not be noticed? When you guys go to extremes like this you force others to defend. When you force others to defend you also make them take a second look at those they are defending against. This should have been a non issue. He is a man who has a family. You would condem him if he didn't go and you condem him if does go. YOU make him the winner in this argument by doing this.
Posted by dee at October 22, 2008 07:09 AM

Yes Dee, it could of been a non-issue. However, the "One" had it announded to the world that maw-maw was sick and he was taking a vacation to go to Hawaii to visit.
Posted by Daryl at October 22, 2008 08:21 AM

Obama is visiting the grandmother who is dying of a broken hip. She broke it a while back when he threw her under da bus.
Posted by Willie at October 22, 2008 08:23 AM

    Daryl and Willie,
If he could have just disappeared for a few days it might have been different. But if he cancelled all those appearances and said nothing what would you have thought?????? and dying of complications arising after a broken hip is a real possibility...I know that for a fact boys. You two come of as insenitive clods and why on earth would I vote alongside someone like you? See, I rest my case on having to defend.
Posted by dee at October 22, 2008 09:04 AM

Dee, there is a difference between dropping everything to rush to the side of an ailing family member and announcing, on Monday, that you will be keeping your Tuesday and Wednesday campaign commitments but will be rushing to grandma's deathbed on Thursday. Dan S, no photo ID required in Texas. I voted yesterday and a funny thing happened. Since I carry the purse (thereby making me the family pack mule) I had both my voter registration card and my husband's card (no photo on them). We accidently had each other's cards in hand and were never questioned about it - but I suppose William is a common name for a woman.
Posted by JackieD at October 22, 2008 09:26 AM

Because only a real turd would do that.
Careful there. Given the general color of turds I suspect that's on the liberals constantly evolving secret list of codewords that will leave you branded a racist.
    Posted by Boss429 at October 22, 2008 09:47 AM

All this racist/turd talk reminded me of this definition: "Political Correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end."
Posted by JackieD at October 22, 2008 09:52 AM

Since tossing her under the bus didn't work, maybe B. HUSSEIN is going to smother grandma with a pillow.
Posted by thatjerryguy at October 22, 2008 12:41 PM

I cannot believe all the people who missed the entire point of this post. I was merely pointing out that JHE called this woman, the person who raised him, a racist a few months back. Now he's concerned about her.
Posted by Denny at October 22, 2008 01:26 PM

And that it may be the last time she is alive and he is not going to let his kids see her before she goes!
Posted by Greg at October 22, 2008 01:52 PM

I must have gotten confused. I thought Obama's racist white grandmother was Teresa(TDHO)...
Posted by CAshane at October 22, 2008 02:33 PM

    Dee -
I'll lend Obama honest motivations but he also wants the vote of white racists. In a way, visiting white grandma will bring him good points. Let's face it. He couldn't do otherwise. But the whole family should have been with him. I would disown my son if he doesn't bring my grandchildren to me when I'm dying. Whether I'm conscious or not. He knows it too. When you go and vote, Dee, you'll vote alongside all kinds of people, good and bad. You don't look. You vote according to your conscience and what YOU think is best for your country. It's not always decided by the quality of the voters, but by the quality of the electoral platform. Will the candidate favour free enterprise, or destroy it? Will the candidate protect the right of the unborn, or destroy it? Will the candidate protect your individuality, or force you to belong to social programs and destroy your freedom? Will the candidate stand proudly in a position of military strenght or try to buddy-up with the enemy?

You can see the answers to those questions, and many more, in the excellent, serious posts and comments you read in this blog. A few harmless pleasantries sometimes relieve the tension that good Americans feel when they see that a socialist government is hoping to gain power and destroy the country they love. I'm a very respectable old lady. Yet I have no problem at all to say that BozObama is a turd. Look at his political past and at his friends. Not much in there to redeem him. Not even a white racist grandma, Denny reminded us, he insulted in public.
Posted by Claudia at October 22, 2008 03:29 PM

Claudia: That was very well said . Denny: I did not miss your point at all . He has used his grandmother in the past as a political tool. At that time, if she is like many grandmas, she probably forgave him and let it go. Or it's possible it did cause some bad feelings and Obama is regretful for it and would like to patch things up. This is his family, after all. His grandma's illness is a private family matter. Obama himself, after making such a squawk about keeping family out of the political spotlight, would be wise to keep it as low key as possible and not use it to gain sympathy or to tie into an argument about health care reform. Often, it's the little things that shine a real light on a person's character. In this case, a person of integrity would not use the circumstance for gain. So, it will be interesting to see whether he does or not - whether he can resist the temptation. If he does, then his grandma did not pass along her working class Kansas values to him after all.
Posted by PeggyU at October 22, 2008 04:30 PM

I agree with Peggy, well said. And maybe you would disown your son (which I doubt ), but when I almost died my out-of-state daughter came by herself because it was the most expedient thing for her to do. That my son-in-law and my grandchild didn't come, at that time, made sense to me and I appreciated him for taking on the extra responsibility he had to take on so that my daughter could be there. Different perspectives I guess.

Denny I did get your point but when I started reading the comments I lost it and got swallowed up in the...whatever. And Daryl and Willie could be the nicest guys on the planet and people who would make nice neighbors...I was just using them as an example of how it COULD be perceived. I haven't seen an election turn people this bitter in my lifetime, that I recall. Maybe it has always been this way and I have been insultated from it, probably. oh well enough said
Posted by dee at October 22, 2008 07:16 PM

I don't know about Willie, but I am a clod and an ass hole.
Posted by Daryl at October 22, 2008 07:33 PM

Dee - I think it's been going on for a while, the political bitterness. I remember some of the political paraphernalia my Dad had lying around the house. Definitely NOT a Lyndon Johnson fan, for sure! There was this big old button we had, with a picture of a farting donkey on it, and the caption "LBJ has spoken!" No, I think our parents may have been just as vociferous. But I do have to clump Obama into the same category as Carter, Johnson, and FDR in that his presidency would bring about more burdensome entitlement programs which would never be dismantled - which would continue to break the taxpayers' backs and impinge on our freedoms.
Posted by PeggyU at October 22, 2008 08:10 PM

Again, why won't Gov Palin go on "Meet the Press?" If she can find the time to come to Sewer City, IA this weekend then why can't she fit it into her very busy schudule to chat with the big dogs?
Posted by Teresa at October 23, 2008 12:19 AM

TDHO - That's like asking you when are you gonna get a brain. You do realize that when Jug Hussein Ears gets elected with the super majorities in Congress he's gonna make 12 million illegal aliens into citizens? You must really be jealous of Palin. She's more woman than you'll ever be.
Posted by Denny at October 23, 2008 12:33 AM

Again, why won't Gov Palin go on "Meet the Press?"
Again TDHO, who really gives a fuck about "meet the press" except you? You are obviously rattled that Palin could and would kick your boy's ass in a heartbeat. Palin would shut your boy JHE down while kickin' your other boy HairPlugs down while kicking your ass while guttin' a few moose-limbs in the process. Are you pissy because she is a true conservative, or are you pissy because Palin would kick your dumbasses into the next hemisphere? Don't answer that TDHO. You're pissed because she's smarter, hotter and more intelligent than you could ever hope to be. Deal with it.
Posted by CharlieDelta at October 23, 2008 02:25 AM

Me thinks that BHO is off to Hawaii to A)re-apply the duct tape to Ayers and Wrights big mouths, you know he has them tied up in a hut somewhere B)Pretend that he's going to Camp David and work on his tan. C)He's afeared of Sarah Palin and sending his wife out in his place, or D)He has to travel to Hawaii to funnel more campaign cash through white racist Grams bank account back to Odinga in Kenya. Who knows with this guy? He a turd no matter what.

Maybe you are, but you have at least one redeeming can make and old lady smile
Posted by dee at October 23, 2008 05:05 AM

Teresa you dumb shit, you poor befuddled fool, you have your "big dogs" confused. Since when has Meet the Press been relevant? I believe that the Big Dog show that you are referring to is The View. Woof Woof TDO, I suggest that it's time for your heartworm pill and a new flea and tick collar. I only bring it up here because I care so much, we know you can't admit to it, but you secretly love us Repukes. Don't worry, it's not like we would tell your freinds, we know that we are the only ones you have. So, just from me to you, this weekend wrap yourself and your heart in an e-note afghani made of rainbows and tickly kitten whiskers and remember that I will be thinking only of you. By the way, everyone else, stock up on ammo, and re-new your CCP, if you don't already have one-get one!

"Again, why won't Gov Palin go on "Meet the Press?"
Dear Teresa the idiot (notice I put Dear in there so it would be polite [not]), Why won't the magical negro go on with Hannity and/or Rush? They are both way more relevent than meet the press.

Dee, Even as a lad I could charm the old ladies
Posted by Daryl at October 23, 2008 09:27 AM

I think it is a major blunder on the McCain camp to continue to not allow Palin to do interviews and what not. She visited Maine a few weeks ago, but the local news was not allowed to interview her unless McCain's crew could pick the reporter. This continues to piss me off, because no matter who is elected, they will be representing ALL AMERICANS not just those they want. On the other hand why to fuck would any one want to go on a CBS program after they made her out to look so stupid. I am sure that she said some dumb things, but come on how could she have gotten as far as she has with out having a clue. But then again maybe McCain is affraid that if she gets to much publicity, people will write her in instead of voting McCain.
Posted by Bill at October 23, 2008 09:58 AM

Well, it didn't take three days to try to garner the sympathy vote. Obama already came out and talked about visiting his loving, poor sick gramma. The one who raised me, etc. (see puke). The real hidden reason he is going to Hawaii is to create the birth certificate he doesn't have because he was born in Kenya. How he can be on any ballot until it is proven he is an American citizen is beyond me.

    Dudley 1 is back.....
I survived another planned hospital trip.....Got Radiumized, not a big deal I suppose, but I was introduced to the benefits of a spinal Anaesthesia. I woke up at 11:30AM....Lower half of my body woke up gradually from 1:00PM to 2:30PM. With my lower body unresponsive & immobile, I was somewhat apprehesive & my thoughts turned to Denny who has dealt with this for a lot longer then the several hours I had to. My hats off to you Denny for being able to deal with your physical problem`s.....Do not think I could do as well were the temporary condition I had became permanent.
Anyway ......I see the messiah decided to visit his Grandmother, good for him , I`ll leave it at that.
I see TDHO belched up another of her half-assed PDS pronouncements.......Too bad,so sad.....For heaven`s sake ,get a life.

DanS....Well you voted ,great as that is the defining differance between we & the rest of the world.....our ability to vote of free choice for who we choose is still allowed, even if it is ever more difficult to overcome the multiple voters of Acorn, the dead from cemetaries across the land & the legion`s of welfare based Democratic faithful. My only disappointment is you continue to suffer from BDS, apparently doomed to be a life long condition.

I see the race is tightening according to the Erie Times News birdcage liner.......Maybe so, but I think enough people have been duped or dug up to ensure Obama will win ...... I shudder to think the damage he with a compliant House & Senate will inflict onto America.
I would like to think McCain will eke out a last minute win but also feel the Obama faithful would riot in the street`s were that to happen.

I weep for my country, I wonder whatever happened to the patriotism, the belief in freedom , the intestinal fortitude which once was the hallmark for this country. Could so many have forgotten 9/11? Could so many have become so cowardly? This may not resonate with those of you from the left but I who have studied & researched the history of this country am astounded for the ignorance of so many of my countrymen. The future look`s bleak from this vantage point.

I got an Idea!!!!!! Palin will go on ANY show as long as she gets questions similiar to those of a liberal and the Liberals go on a show that the Conservatves run!!!! Imagine what the polls would say if the press was fair NO WAY OBAMA/Socialist...Biden/FDR is on TV would win!!!!!

He's going to try to get a "real" birth certificate. Can't the LMSM see this for what it is? Oh wait! They don't want to see it, and they don't want us to know!

I have to wonder if she will have a "miraculous" healing if Obama is elected couresty, and publicly, of the Messiah. Just a ponderance.

I hope those wankers who complained about Obama visiting his ailing Grandmother are choking on their vile comments. And I hope this backfires on them.
Its heartbreaking that she couldnt witness his chance of winning the presidency - RIP
