    But then can't she just adopt it out? If she's already progressed that far into her pregnancy, she can't be too concerned with the usual reasons women choose abortion over adoption (not wanting to continue with the pregnancy through it's later, more physically and socially demanding stages, not wanting to give up a baby you've felt growing and moving in you and that you've bonded with, etc).
