    No. It's a homeland security bill. Sorry. AFAIK they haven't released a readable copy of the bill yet since it's still in negotiations. Sorry for the confusion.

    I found a copy of Dodd's proposal:

    I checked on the "ACORN bailout" and there is no bailout of ACORN as far as I can see. Also, the connection between 20% of profits going to the Housing Trust Fund and ACORN is tenuous.

    TKDgirl must be tied up with something else. She has not been responding about this issue since saying the plan called for all the pork. She must have had the budget mixed up with this.

    Really, this seems par for the course with many Republicans. Throw out bullshit propaganda and when it doesn't stick, disappear quietly.
