    Default Election night plans?

It will actually be election morning for me due to time difference but basically I'm tossing the heathens in the direction of the school and settling back to watch. I'd love to turn it into a drinking game but not such a great idea at 8am so I'll be substituting chocolate.

Unfortunately, I'll be working. But since I work at a newspaper we'll be focused on the election, which is cool.

If Obama doesn't win I'll be stopping at the nearest bar and getting tanked...for the next four years.

What the hell is GR going to talk about after Wednesday? Please God not a 6 month postmortem.

Well the polls close at 7:30 EST which will be 4:30 for me. I want to try to get off work early. Hell I should call in sick because I will be sick to my stomach with nerves all day anyway.

I will be at home. Hubby and 5 year old son better not even bother me or I will have a melt down.

Obama better win or I am moving to Canada.

Hahahahaha...that cracked me up but I'm afraid it might be like that, particularly if Obama loses.

I wish I could crawl under a rock but unfortunately I have class with a bunch of McCain supporters from 9 to 3 and then I'll go home and keep my fingers crossed. Probably go to bed around 6p and get up at 2a in the morning and see what's going on.

Boyfriend and I have a hotel room for the night so we can get away from my McCain/Palin supporting mom and his dad that goes to bed at 8PM. We'll be watching from there, and he's trying to figure out a drinking game that won't get us tanked too quickly.

Working. Polls. We've already been told not to expect a lunch break or to get home any sooner than ten or eleven.

we're 6 hours ahead of east coast time here so it will be election night and morning, basically.
a friend of mine is thinking of hosting an election slumber party at her place, with copious drinking and breakfast the next day. we'd all have to take wednesday morning off.

I'm planning on making chocolate lava cakes for dessert, because they are full of chocolate-y goodness, like Obama.
