Default Stars pay thousands to support Barack Obama/John McCain

Hollywood's biggest names have been paying big bucks to back their favorite presidential candidate, with Jennifer Aniston, George Clooney and the late Paul Newman digging deep for Barack Obama, while Clint Eastwood and Jerry Bruckheimer offering to fund John McCain's White House charge. According to a new Los Angeles Times report, Aniston has handed over more than $28,000 to Obama's campaign with Clooney adding $33,000 and Newman $4,600.
Meanwhile, Republican moviemakers Bruckheimer and Eastwood are hoping their $9,600 and $2,300 respectively will help McCain's run for America's top office.
Donald Trump has been one of McCain's biggest financial supporters, handing over $32,000, and actors Kelsey Grammer and Gary Sinise have also stumped up for the Republican.
The election for the next U.S. President takes place on November 4.

The only logical reason I can think of why some of these stars would support Mc Cain, is because they don't want to pay higher taxes.

Trump? Of course, he's all about his money and McCain would keep the rich filthy richer! Obama would 'spread the wealth'. . . how dare he. Greedy billionaires want to secure their precious money and keep the gap distinct between middle and high incomes.

Yet Obama is the elitist. Whatthefuckever.
McCain doesn't have a clue what it means to struggle. How can he relate when he's so well off he can't keep track of how many houses he owns? I doubt he's ever had to worry about how he's going to make his mortgage payments each month.

KC, you know I have backed you on the Aniston bashing; however, after reading this, I think she has earned some brownie points. At least until the election is over.

Yeah, I should cut her some slack for being an Obama supporter. So, I won't bash Aniston.....when it involves her support for Obama. I think that's a fair and just compromise, you betcha.

    Probably.

Dean Cain's explanation still haunts me.

He basically said he doesn't like when [Obama] constantly say John McCain is George Bush, that he is his own person, but when Larry King asked him what policies that he has that's not like Bush he couldn't answer it, lol.
