    You will NOT believe this but I've found out that John McCain was a POW for 5 years in Vietnam! He really ought to mention it more often. People would really respect a man for that. They would even think he would certainly outlaw toture after what he's been through. Also he probably would not want to continue our war in Iraq after his horrible stint in the Navy. What a coup it was to find out this information. The McCain campaign can thank me later. I sure hope he doesn't suffer from PTS.

    Holy shit! He was a POW? I didn't even know he had military experience. Hell, that alone qualifies him to be commander-in-chief. I thought the judgement he showed in picking an ex-beauty queen who led the Alaska National Guard on a commando raid into the heart of Russia as his VP was reason enough to vote for him. But this POW status is a game-changer. Now, if only he was married to a pill-popping trophy wife that would seal the deal.

    Kudos to him for not mentioning it EVAH. It would be an easy vote winner for sure, but to rely on that as his only credential would make me wonder about his other qualifications to lead the free world so I'm glad he decided to keep it under wraps.
