Default Shame on you Barack Obama! Hillary Clinton fumes

CINCINNATI - Hillary Clinton launched a blistering attack on Barack Obama in pivotal Ohio Saturday, accusing him of hypocrisy for publicly peddling a message of hope while using deceptive, Republican-style mailings to tarnish her status with voters.
"Shame on you, Barack Obama! It is time you ran a campaign consistent with your messages in public. That's what I expect from you," flared Clinton, who has lost 11 straight Democratic primaries to the Illinois senator.
Clinton leads Obama slightly in Ohio, where voters go to the polls March 4. The two are set to debate Tuesday in Cleveland.
"Meet me in Ohio. Let's have a debate about your tactics," she challenged Obama, after a college campus rally. "Let's have a real campaign. Enough with the speeches and the big rallies and then using tactics that are right out of Karl Rove's playbook."
Obama, also in Ohio, said that because the mailings are not new, "It makes me think there is something tactical about her getting so exercised this morning."
Clinton assailed two Obama mailings on her stances on universal health care and the North American Free Trade Agreement, saying he distorted her position.
"Sen. Obama knows that it is not true that my health care plan forces people to buy insurance even if they can't afford it."
Clinton claims Obama's health care plan would leave out 15 million Americans. Obama says Americans lack health insurance not because they don't want it but because it's unaffordable.
"My solutions are better, my experience is more relevant and my campaign stays on information [that] Obama fired back in Akron, saying Clinton may say she has problems with NAFTA now, but backed it during her husband's administration: "You can't be for something and take credit for an administration . . . and then when you run for President say that you didn't really mean what you said way back then," he said.
Clinton is in a near dead heat with Obama in Texas, which also holds its Democratic primary March 4.
An announcement that Team Clinton is launching four new campaign ads came with an appeal from former President Bill Clinton for $1.3 million in contributions to pay for the ads.
Later, at the State of the Black Union symposium in New Orleans, Clinton was asked to explain remarks her husband had made about Obama and his campaign.
Some called the ex-President's use of the phrase 'fairy tale' in relation to Obama racially charged. He later said it was a reference to Obama's explanation of his opposition to the Iraq war, not him or his campaign.
"I think there are enough of you here today who know him personally and know his heart," Sen. Clinton said of her spouse. "If anyone was offended by anything that was said, whether it was meant or not, whether it was misinterpreted or not, then obviously, I regret that. But I believe that our task is to go forward with the agenda that all of us agree upon."

Huh? Shame on him for some mailings that every candidate, party, and pac sends out on 'the other guy?' At least criticize his record or something.

    They must be desperate

The HYPOCRISY of Hillary Clinton is astounding. First, she and Bill try to play the race card against Obama and that blows up in their faces. Then she and her campaign want to overturn the Democratic party's ruling on Florida and Michigan so she can illegally get votes (something Karl Rove would do). And then she made a big deal about him 'borrowing' from Deval Patrick's speech, while she's on record as having 'borrowed' from both Obama and John Edwards.

But I'm actually glad this is happening, so people can start to see the 'real' Hillary coming out and it's not a pretty sight. For all of her 35 years of 'experience' whenever she's losing instead of rising to the challenge, she starts to play the 'poor me' victim act.

I never got that either. I thought it was a reference to Obama's speeches and inexperience, I didn't even think about race until I heard other people saying it and saw it on the news.

What Hillary is really saying: Barack Obama you got me, and beat me at my own GAME!!
The mailings are the truth about her stance on NAFTA that she forgets to mention during her rallies. Her voting record is completely opposite to what she is telling the voters!!
    ETA: From The Huffington Post:

One says her plan for universal coverage would "force" everyone to purchase insurance even if they can't afford it. Her plan requires everyone to be covered, but it offers tax credits and other subsidies to make insurance more affordable.
Obama's plan does not include the so-called "individual mandate" for adults, and he has argued that people cannot be required to buy coverage if they can't afford it. He has said his first priority is bringing down costs.
The Illinois senator's plan does include a mandate requiring parents to buy health insurance to cover children.
The second mailing, on the North American Free Trade Agreement, quotes a 2006 Newsday article suggesting Clinton believed the agreement had been a "boon" to the economy. NAFTA and other trade agreements are extremely unpopular in Ohio, which has suffered an exodus of blue-collar jobs to other countries in part due to such agreements.
It's a particularly sensitive matter for Clinton, whose husband championed and pushed for passage of the agreement as president. She is counting on the support of white, working class voters in the state.
"I am fighting to change NAFTA," she insisted. "Neither of us were in the Senate when NAFTA passed. Neither voted one way or the other."
Clinton said Newsday had corrected the record about her views on the agreement. Indeed, the paper published a blog item earlier this month saying Obama's use of the word "boon" was unfair.
"Obama's use of the citation in this way does strike us as misleading," the paper said. "The quote marks make it look as if Hillary said "boon," not us. It's an example of the kind of slim reeds campaigns use to try to win an office."
Earlier, Newsday published an item saying the word "boon" had been the paper's "characterization of how we best understood her position on NAFTA, based on a review of past stories and her public statements."
As evidence of their concern about the issue, the Clinton campaign released two new ads in Ohio, including one featuring John Glenn _ a former astronaut and U.S. senator from Ohio for 24 years _ saying Clinton would fix trade agreements like NAFTA.
Clinton said she felt good about her prospects in Ohio and Texas but refused to say whether she needed to win both states to stay in the race.
"Let's let the people of Ohio vote. Let's actually have an election and then we can look at the results," she said.

Hillary is just throwing a bitchfit for the attention; she's grasping at straws again.

You can view the actual mailings here:
TPM Election Central | Talking Points Memo |

They are nothing offensive! And truthful. To hear her tell it, Obama called her some unspeakable names or something.

This should just underscore how desperate and fake Hillary Clinton is. One day after being all 'I AM SOOOO HONORED to be here with BARACK OBAMA!'

Just another reason why Hillary's word can't be trusted. She's showing more of the 'George Bush sense of entitlement' with each passing day.

You can see that she believed she was entitled to be POTUS by her campaign spending. Again, fucking someone or them lending their sperm so you would be born doesn't mean you inherit or are entitled to their job!!

What I find interesting is how can Hillary expect to be able to manage the billions and trillions of dollars in the economy, if she can't even be fiscally responsible with the millions in her OWN campaign? If she screws up as president, is she going to lend the country money like she did her campaign?
