I feel sorry for this kid. It kind of sucks that his face is being plastered all over the place...wouldn't he sort of be considered a victim here?

I think he was 16 when this happened, right? That would sort of make him a victim of a predatory older man. If it was a male high school teacher and a 16 year-old-girl, I imagine the press would shield her identity. Unless, of course, I'm getting this wrong, and the kid was of age when it happened.
