Governor Apologizes For Tape-Recorded Remarks
(AP) SANTA MONICA, Calif. Governor Schwarzenegger apologized Friday for making statements in which he said Cubans and Puerto Ricans were naturally feisty and temperamental because of their combination of "black blood" and "Latino blood."
The governor spoke to reporters in Santa Monica Friday after a meeting with the California Chamber of Commerce. Schwarzenegger said he cringed when he read them in the Los Angeles Times, which published some of the recordings.
As the governor put it, "Anyone out there that feels offended by those comments, I just want to say I'm sorry, I apologize."
He added that he would be upset if he heard his children make similar comments.
The statements were captured during a six-minute tape from a March third speechwriting session with Schwarzenegger and his advisers behind closed doors.

Well my "black blood" sure is boiling with his stupid ass comment.  I wonder if he made the same dumbass statement about gays and their "rainbow blood" too.

I thought he was talking about the Puerto Ricans/latinas being passionate and hot. Really spicy too. Big deal. The fiesty woman was not offended either.

It's such an overgeneralization Delph, obviously not all Puerto Ricans are fiesty and tempermental, and to say that the ones that are is because of their ethnicity, is completely out of line. It's attributing characteristics to ethnicities, when in all reality ethnicity has nothing to do with one's personality.
