Not everyone. Your grandpa can't speak for everyone.

My grandpa went through a LOT. He was almost killed twice in WWII, almost killed a few times by his wife's son, went through mental aggrivation when he lived with his sons, the last few years of his life... It didn't stop alzheimers and a form of cancer from killing him, at 70.

Everyone's different. Quit playing it out like every old man is like your grandpa.

Exactly. And even if he were genetically wired to live to 150, he could
still walk under a bus tomorrow and die.

He didn't used to. At the begining of this campaign his age didn't bother me. Now he looks so frail. I know campaigning is hard, but being president is even harder.

Cool, you're right ... sorry about your Grandfather.

Mine just reminds me of McCain.

It's ok. People get old, and they die, as sad as it is.... hell, some people skip getting old... That's cool, though, I understand. I hope you didn't think I was being a bitch toward you.

Sadly if McCain wins and then dies in office he will be viewed as a hero and one of the best President's ever. Then we'll be stuck with the moron from the tundra.

If they can keep Cheney alive, they can keep McCain alive....he's had 4 heart attacks, a quadruple bypass, a stent, an blocked artery opened in surgery,an implant....and he's still ruling the world

If McCain is elected, Palin will be prez long before 2012.

yes and not only that but he seems to be having some clarity issues. It supposedly happened with Reagan as well but at least in the case of Reagan supposedly that started post election. With McCain, he's showing encroaching senility pre-election and that is just scary.

she'll certainly be in a position to make her dream a reality. I think people should have to choose, evangelicism or patriotism. They are mutually exclusive, you are either slobbering for armageddon or doing what you can to make sure the U.S. stays strong, not ending in a fiery pit of nuclear annihilation to 'fulfill the book' like Bob Marley said.

I seriously am struggling to comprehend why some people like Palin so much. I honestly feel like I'm living on another planet right now. I can even understand people liking McCain, but her? What the hell is going on here? I feel like I need to put on earmuffs and rock in a dark corner somewhere.
