You ever dance with the devil in the pale moonlight - The Joker(Jack Nicholson)
When you came in the air went out. And every shadow filled up with doubt. I don't know who you think you are, But before the night is through,I wanna do bad things with you.

    Since somebody mentionned Buffy upthread:

    "WILLOW: Sarcasm accomplishes nothing, Giles.
GILES: It's sort of an end in itself." (Pangs, season 4)

" XANDER: (impatiently) You own nothing. This shouldn't be taking so long.
SPIKE: Hang on. Let a fella get organized.
    XANDER: That's my radio!
SPIKE: And you're what? Shocked and disappointed? I'm evil!" (A New Man, season 4)

"XANDER: I'm gonna run and get Buffy.

(he pats Spike on the shoulder)

XANDER: Or maybe you could fight him.

SPIKE: Yeah, I could do that, but I'm paralyzed with not caring very much.
    (season 5, Triangle)"

Janet: Well, I don't like men with too many muscles.
Frank: I didn't make him for you!

Not profound, or anything but it always cracks me up.

And from the Original Star Trek I've been laughing at the double entendres. There's one in Errand of Mercy:

KOR: I am Kor, military governor of Organia. (looking at Kirk) Who are you?
AYELBORNE: He is Baroner, one of our leading citizens.
KOR: And he has no tongue?
    KIRK: I have a tongue.
KOR: Good. You will be taught how to use it.

LOL. Observe the following from the Immunity Syndrome:

KIRK [OC]: When do you estimate penetration?
SPOCK: Slowing now. Contact in eighteen point three seconds. Brace yourselves. The area of penetration will no doubt be sensitive.

I swear, they say penetration a million times in that episode.

And of course there is the classic Kirk line:

Mister Spock is much stronger than the ordinary human being. Aroused, his great physical strength could kill. But it's a risk I'll have to take.

Which the Shat delivers in such a way that I thought had to be a mashup from other episodes. However the line is exactly like this. Cracked me the hell up.

The last lines of Burn After Reading:

CIA Superior: What did we learn, Palmer?
CIA Officer: I don't know, sir.
CIA Superior: I don't fuckin' know either. I guess we learned not to do it again.
    CIA Officer: Yes, sir.
CIA Superior: I'm fucked if I know what we did.
CIA Officer: Yes, sir, it's, uh, hard to say.
    CIA Superior: Jesus Fucking Christ.

My belly hurt I was laughing so hard.

I'm a total X-phile and as much as I dislike Forrest Gump, I had to agree with Cancer Man in the episode "Musings of a Cigarette Smoking Man"

Life is like a box of chocolates. A cheap, thoughtless, perfunctory gift that nobody ever asks for. Unreturnable because all you get back is another box of chocolates. So you're stuck with this undefinable whipped mint crap that you mindlessly wolf down when there's nothing else left to eat. Sure, once in a while there's a peanut butter cup or an English toffee. But they're gone too fast and the taste is... fleeting. So, you end up with nothing but broken bits filled with hardened jelly and teeth-shattering nuts. And if you're desperate enough to eat those, all you got left is an empty box filled with useless brown paper wrappers.
And another one for the Buffy fans.

BUFFY: What are you doing here?... Five words or less.

SPIKE: Out. For. A. Walk...... Bitch.

Anything from To kill a Mockingbird.

    " Hey Boo."
And the Sheriff trying to explian to Atticus that it was Boo who killed Bob Ewell, not Jem.And why nobody should know, so not to bother Boo. Classic and moving.
And of course, Scout taking Boo home at the end of the movie and her commentary.
