Saw Avengers as well... was a good film, not a big fan of Jeremy Renner. Thor is a sexual god. very disappointed there was no Loki as I heard he makes a small cameo so kept waiting for it also the accents by Elizabeth and Aaron was horrendous! lol

The mister saw Avengers last night too. He loved it. He says RDJ makes the film.

I saw the Avengers as well and I loved it. Mark Ruffalo needs his own Hulk movie stat! Not enough shirtless Thor but at least I got some. I'll probably see it again over the weekend.

Poseidon: I don't care about anyone in this movie, and I cannot stand Kurt Russell. In the original, the actors were focused on a bit more. CGI does not a good film make.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Sweet Bejeebus on a cracker, this is a corny-ass movie.

Fright Night: even the delectable Sir Colin of Farrell couldn't save this steaming pile of excrement.

Just watched a horrible TV movie with Judd Nelson. It is too depressing where his career went, from brat back to TV movie hell.

I liked it and the cheesy ass original. Cheesy movies are my thing though.
The African Queen. Great movie, and fun fact the original african queen is docked across the street from me and does tours.

Unbroken. Decent movie, I was impressed with the job Angie did but admittedly it dragged a bit.

Avengers. I was underwhelmed. First, every movie needs Loki. Second, Ultron wasn't really badass enough. The attempts at group banter early on fell flat but got better over time. Without giving anything away, I hated the new relationship they explored in the movie. HATED IT. It felt so forced and ridiculous.

My biggest surprise was that Thor irritated me and Cap made me want to do dirty things to him. Who knew!

This pretty much sums it up for me. Major spoilers!

That was one of the most depressing movies I've watched in a loooong time. The ending and overall gist if the story was uplifting, but I honestly couldn't watch some of it and cringed throughout a lot of it. The trailers dud not prepare me for what it turned out to be.

I saw The Gambler wit Mark Walberg. Uhhhh...ya. I didn't realize there were so many underground gambling establishments nor that loan sharks were such philosophical people. Snort.

Also watched The Wedding Ringer. Ugh. Kevin Hart's stand-up is hilarious. The movies he's been making recently are shit. Guess he's getting his money while he can but....

I watched The Gambler last night. Boring. Walberg's acting is flat and the story is slow and unbelievable at times. Jessica Lange is in it though.

    Whiplash. Loved it.
