I just watched "Batman Begins" last night.

Not sure why. Katie Holmes is an awful actress, dear God!

    ^^^
she's beyond terrible!!! didn't really like 'batman begins' but she also almost ruined 'thank you for smoking'.
i can see why she signed on to be tommy girl's beard - it was her only way to stay in hollywood and score jobs.

That sex scene in "Thank you for smoking" almost ruined sex for me.

I think I might hate her.

Saw an oldie but goodie and definitely one of my favs: The Company of Wolves. The imagery and metaphor throughout have always worked for me, though they're a bit heavy-handed at times, as did the fairytale/nightmare surrealism of it.

It's obviously dated in its technology, but I think that's also part of the charm and what still works for it.

This is a clip. The sexuality isn't graphic, but I don't think I would call it safe for work either. Creepy and imaginative twist in a hybrid of Little Red Riding Hood and a coming-of-age/loss of innocence story.

Checked out Shattered Glass again. Good movie. Hayden Christensen is still just as whiny as he was in the Star Wars prequels.

Arg, The Day After Tomorrow. It might have been an ok film if it weren't for that wolf scene. Note to computer animators: Slimer from Ghost Busters was better done than Ananconda, those wolves and just about EVERY computer degenerated animal.
PS: most werewolf movies suck balls for exactly this reason.

Gia. And i couldn't really enjoy it because I'm just so sick of Angelina. I don't dislike her... I'm just sick of her.

Shallow Hal. I forgot how great the movie was. Jack Black is hilarious.
When Gywneth breaks the seat, he gets angry and says to the guy 'WHAT'S THIS SHIT MADE OUT OF?' and he goes 'Uh, steel'.
