Finally saw Seven Psychopaths and really enjoyed it, though the movie isn't really what the trailers make it seem to be. Christopher Walken and Sam Rockwell slayed.

That's funny, we were just talking about this movie last night. We saw it in the theaters but we haven't seen it on TV. I LOVE the very beginning.

We almost went to see this with the kids right before we went on vacation, but the theater we went to electronically tracks the seats and they told us none of them would be next to each other, so we walked. Since then, our daughter has read up on the movie and adamantly refuses to go see it now, saying, basically, "I am not going to watch a food orgy with my parents!"

i think that is the universe trying to tell you that the movie is totally inappropriate for your kids!

    Or his kid is. ^^

Tallulah with Ellen Page and Alison Janney. I loved the two of them in Juno. They give good performances here. The story is a little contrived and hard to swallow at times but it kept my interest. Mostly because they are good actors.

Eddie the Eagle on dvd. I wasn't feeling it but my husband liked it. But then again, he likes sport based movies, especially underdog ones.

I watch P.S. I Love You on TV the other day. It was the worst fucking movie I've ever seen and my flimsy excuse is that I'd been watching what was on prior to the movie and I was cleaning house and drinking wine all evening so it stayed.

    Keanu.

Watched it quite high, which is definitely the way to go. Key and Peele do crack me up, though.

I saw it several years ago and the whole time was like:

It was just so unrealistic and stupid. I do not buy Hillary Swank as a romantic lead who has men falling all over her.

Also, the fact that Whoopi Goldberg can somehow communicate with him and help her find his killer.
