I personally thought so. And seriously, not a laugh out of the entire audience. Though I have heard that some people loved it..so, there you go. Just my take on it.

I wouldn't watch it again, even on PPV.

^I had no plans to see it but I saw previews awhile ago and my friend was like 'That looks so funny' and I was like, right.

The fact its Jerry Seinfeld's voice puts me off also.

    Anyway..

The Virgin Suicides. Kirsten Dunst was actually pretty in it.

Apparently he died when the plane motor fell into his bedroom.
Ah see, I didn't think he was dead either. What I got out of it was that the world (his) was going to end in 28 days...given what happens, I'd say that that would be a fairly acqurate premonition.

Sand and Sorrow the documentary about Darfur, narrated by George Clooney. All I can say is 'wow.' Powerful documentary.

And the fact that it showed how the U.S. and the other nations like China and Russia have turned a blind eye to the killings and massive rapes because of their own agendas just pissed me off. But it didn't shock me.

Children of Men...again. I love that movie. I had to watch something with substance after watching Pathfinder. *shivers*

    August Rush.

Syrupy sweet. Good music though, and it is quite a "fairytale".

I Am Legend and Superbad. I really enjoyed both. I think I'll be watching Juno today.

Good Luck Chuck. Sucked big old monkey balls, for the love of God no one should see this movie EVER. Its that bad. I should have realized when Rotten Tomatoes gives it a 2%. Not trying to be a prude or anything, but the nudity and sex was way overdone - like they thought being funny was just showing a pair of tits constantly. I do not know who their target audience was, I suppose 15-19 year old guys. I couldn't even finish the damn thing, turned it off halfway through. I had read a lot of reviews how this movie was really demeaning to women and not funny, but I can kind of see how people think this movie is really degrading - the women featured were always topless idiots. I just think the movie was in poor taste and the jokes were shitty lame - I usually like mindless movies, but this was just too much.

Death Proof -- very violent, but I liked it.

Grindhouse -- it had it's moments, but a bit too silly for me. Rose McGowan bugs me after awhile.

I saw part of that..... very creepy.

The Exorcist, the 2001 edition with the re-installed
cut scenes. Holy crap, it's still the scariest movie
ever made, IMO. Whenever it gets too bad, I have
to remind myself and visualize it was actress Mercedes
McCambridge's voice that spewed all those profanities.
A highly talented radio performer, who then appeared on the big
screen, winning a best supporting Oscar for her screen debut.
Although despite a career full of supporting roles, in recent years
she has become something of a cult figure. Her memorable voice-
over for the demon child in The Exorcist (1973) - has secured her
place in movie history. Ironically, she took Warner Bros to court
over her being uncredited for the role, which was probably the
    most important in the film.
This is what she looked like when she did The Exorcist:

She also played Rock Hudson's domineering sister
in "Giant" (also starring James Dean, Elizabeth Taylor,
    Dennis Hopper, Sal Mineo a.m.o.).
Warren Beatty: actor, director, writer, producer.

Gone with the Wind - for a good veggie out and nurse my cold.

"Etre et Avoir" (To Be and To Have). Documentary style film about a dedicated teacher in a rural French town. If you have kindergarten aged children especially, you will adore it. It's a Montessori style of teaching and the teacher is an incredible man. It shows how school and home are and should be extensions of one another.
