Kung Fu Panda and Madegascar. It was my first time seeing both. I really liked Kung Fu Panda.

^I'm really keen to read the book now, I want to know more about the kids and how they felt about the whole situation. I can't stop thinking about the "bumper crop" and how pitiful it was and the way the delivery men looked at them. I need to watch something mindless next or I won't sleep for a week.

Alright, who all watched the Hatfields & McCoys series on the History Channel? I did and I loved it. I've got it DVR'd but I want the DVD so I can avoid the commercials.

I watched and it was really good. Very well done and according to what I've been reading they really followed the real story almost down to a T.

great film. so beautiful and sweet (without being twee or annoying) and has all the good stuff from wes anderson's past films but none of the indulgence that i know annoys a lot of people about some of his stuff. bill murray is his usual amazing self but there is also a particularly poignant performance by bruce willis and frances mcdormand is wonderful, as are the kids.

it's a little gem of a film. can't recommend it enough.
Aww man, I can't WAIT to see this! I'm practically salivating after reading all the advance reviews. Now I have to find it nearby which will probably be difficult.

Saw Snow White and the Huntsman last night and nearly hated it. They blatantly stole from so many movies... LotR, The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe, GladiTor, he'll even Tangled. Eh. Hemsworth was good. He does sincerity really well. Charlize just screamed through the whole thing and KS could not have been more miscast. She was awful and distracting. I will say they included all of the Snow White themes in a really interesting way. I didn't get the "twist" at all. It was totally unconvincing.

I was so angry at the characters in this movie !
They never try to escape, they never try to do something about their situation, the chick in love with the guy doesn't even try to win him back, all of thm were just so passive it was fucking infuriating !

Snow White and the Huntsman. Twilight meets Grimm Fairy Tales. Worth it to me to see it for Hemsworth and the 7 "dwarves".
