The Dictator. I hated it. I loved Borat, didn't like Bruno, and this is even worse. There were a few tiny laughs but overall it was just lame.

    Transformers **

I only watched it for the love of my life, Megan Denise Fox.

It was mostly a waste of my time. The plot was nonsensical.

Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol. It was ok. You sign up to suspend your sense of what's possible when you watch these kind of movies but even I found myself yelling, "Oh, come on!" a few times. Tommy Girl showed off his girlie hips in white jeans. The director made no effort to keep him or Jeremy Renner from looking rough.

The woman in black. The look of the movie was lovely but it completely fell flat.

We watched MI Ghost Protocol. I hate Tom Cruise anymore, but it was an okay movie. It had good action, stunts and all kinds of good spy devices and tricks. Typical MI movie. I enjoyed it enough to forget my hate for Tommy boy, so I guess that is good.

We also watched The Sitter. It was okay. I figured it would be funnier than it was, but a lot of parts were pretty lame.

Then we went and watched Battleship at the theater. I enjoyed it. But I like action movies that have the worlds security in question, aliens, and things getting blown to bits while hard rock is playing in the background. lol Plus,...Taylor Kitsch is just to sexy and hot, ....so it was an enjoyable 2 hours for me!!

Can't wait to see Snow White and the Huntsman next weekend!! Chris is so HOT, too!!

Watched Drive last night. I liked it a lot. The opening car chase might be the only time in my life I gave a damn about a car chase. The elevator scene was intense and disturbing. Al Brooks was awesome.

The director abused the "hold the camera for an extra 30 seconds on this shot" and some of the writing fell flat (slipped into cliche') but for the first time ever I got Gosling's appeal.

    I'd watch this again.

    Drive

This was the worst film I have ever seen.

The recent version of Jane Eyre with Michael Fassbender. You know, it seemed like such a romantic story when I was 15. It doesn't translate well to adulthood, even if he is incredibly hot. I wanted to smack her for going back to him.

    Inglorious Basterds.

It was pretty good, but kind of weird. I'm not a real big fan of Tarentino anyway.

    Chronicle (2012)

Three high school kids gain superpowers. Good performance by the guy playing the social outcast but the rest was just ok. A bit predictable and dragged a little in the end.
What if Superman is psychotic and everyone can see that he's Clark Kent but they just play along not to set him off?

    Almost Famous

As many times as I've seen this movie, it never gets old. Perfect soundtrack.
