I remember my ex-housemate telling e how crap and shocking the film was. She was almost angry. Well, you can't account for taste.

The last film I saw was In the Mood for Love. I liked it, but it was kinda too restrained for me.

Take Care which is currently on Netflix. What an adorable movie.

The Boss, I loved Spy so I was hoping this would be good, I feel asleep. Not funny at all.

Hail Caesar, such a wierd movie full of good actors. The only thing I likes about it was Clooney's skirt and Tilda Swinton.

Melissa McCarthy is seriously turning into a one-note actress. She's like a female Paul Rudd. The same performance in every movie, and the "comedies" always have these blatantly unimaginative titles.

Lucy. Well it was kind of a cool premise but just got too weird for me.
Dracula Untold. Really wanted to like it but man was it bad.
100 Million Ways to Die in the West. About 40 minutes too long but I did laugh a lot in the other hour and 20 minutes.

Really? I fucking loved Lucy, I even let the fucked up science in it go and just went along for the ride.

^^^^I found it mawkish and preposterous and not even close to the emotional brilliance of The Shawshank Redemption, the film that it followed up.

Guess I should have too. It was probably just too smart for me.

I cried like a baby during the Green Mile movie and even more reading the story.

Don't Bother To Knock. I love Marilyn in this, and Richard Widmark too.

The 'Burbs. It's always fun to see young Tom Hanks before he got all serious and stuff.

^My own mother did. I had to stop the film. Then, when it was time for John Coffey's execution and the victims' parents who thought he was the culprit addressed him, full of hate, she shouted at the screen : "Will you fucking shut up!". I was like "Are you 15??? Hey, this is a film, not reality!!". I hate those tearjerkers, they go for such cheap emotion...
