    Cool

    The Kids Are Alright

I watched this for one reason only: Mark Ruffalo in the nude.

I went to see Friends With Benefits. It was okay. Not very memorable and couldn't seem to decide whether it wanted to be a comedy or a drama. It certainly wasn't the "raunchy," "hilarious" Apatow-style comedy it was advertised as.

    the last harry potter.
same as yanna, i'm a harry potter-tard so i can't be all that objective because i have no idea what the movie would feel like if i hadn't read the books.
overall i think they did a good job. i think the hp movies got progressively better, and the last 3 were pretty good.

i really enjoyed neville longbottom. he's super well cast and i particularly enjoyed his radiohead moment (yelling out "you and whose army?!" at the voldemort crowd.

^^It totally lost me with the demon sharpening his claws to Tiny Tim. I don't know what in the world that was about.

^ that's where it lost me too. Less is more, it was perfectly fine when you DIDNT see it.

Once you did, it was lame.

Little Women (winona ryder version). It's much better than the Elizabeth Taylor version. At least they didn't go changing the characters and story to suit the actresses.
Alicia Silverstone: "I think that the film Clueless was very deep. I think it was deep in the way that it was very light. I think lightness has to come from a very deep place if it's true lightness."

"Identity" with Ray Liotta, John Cusack, and Amanda Peet. It was on when I was getting ready for work. It's starts out like one of those murder mysteries where people in an isolated place start getting murdered, and you are trying to figure out which one is the bad guy (who is pretending to be normal and scared, along with everyone else). Then, it takes a REALLY weird turn. At one point, I thought I had accidentally changed the channel because the movie did a flash forward or flash back to an entirely different place with different characters.

I didn't get to see the end, so now I need to look for it on Netflix or On-Demand.

I agree, that was a really funny movie! Also would have been good if the Jon Hamm character had been less creepy/more funny.

That sounds good, I need to see that. There's a new Jane Eyre, didn't see it but it's out on DVD soon. Michael Fassbender.

Finally got around to watching The King's Speech - loved it! I laughed, I cried, I swore. Also loved that Darcy and Lizzy were on screen together.

Also saw The Social Network - I think I hated it. I certainly hated all the characters (except Wardo). What a pack of cunts. And they talked so fast and over the top of each other that I had trouble understanding the dialogue so had to watch it with the subtitles on.

Now I'm watching Fear City and I have no shame in saying so. Guilty pleasure and pure crap. 1984 - Tom Berenger, Jack Scalia (who has a crater for a cleft), a very beautiful Melanie Griffith as a stripper, and Billy Dee Williams.

I went to see Muriel's Wedding with like 10 girls. I forget why.
