The ghost and Mr. Chicken. I thought Don Knotts was great in this movie.

Black Swan, I can't say enough how amazing it was. It definitely deserved the Oscars it got.

Finally got around to watching The Social Network. Not impressed. I think there was so much hype and it just didn't live up to it for me.

I didn't mind it. Not the greatest thing ever, but definitely not the worst. I found it more entertaining than The Social Network.

That sounds better than any movie I've seen recently. Off to rent the Incredible Mr. Limpet.

    Absolutely friggin' LOVED it!

It's crude, dirty, smart humor, at it's best. Charlie Day is a gem, Jennifer Aniston a raunchy whore, Jason Bateman, well, he's Jason Bateman, which is good in-in of itself, Jason Sudeikis is a horny goof, Kevin Spacy a perfect bastard, and Colin Ferrell is about as nasty as you can imagine.

We'll have to see it again, many parts had all 3 main characters talking at the same time, and attention seems to float to Charlie Day's character, I'm sure I missed some of Jason Bateman's understated humor.

    (not for the easily offended..)
I caught that movie Friday. With my 13 year old - yes, I'm THAT parent! We both laughed our sorry asses off! Loved Charlie Day - I was telling some of the girls that for some reason, there were moments when he reminded me of Bobcat Goldthwait... except, you know, cute and funny. And Jennifer Aniston broke away from the good girl role in this one... though, she did NOT make this movie. Those 3 guys together are just genius! Loved the bloopers at the end too!
    Kill him.
    Kill her.
    Kill It.
Kill everything... that IS the solution!

There was a Don Knotts marathon on over the weekend. We watched The Ghost and Mr. Chicken and the Shakiest Gun in the West. It doesn't matter what movie I see him in, he will always be Barney to me.

The Netflix movies I had over the weekend were Drive Angry and Just Go With It.

I liked Just Go With It. Adam Sandler is an enjoyable smart ass to watch. He sure has fit into that charming and nice guy role over the years, despite not being the most handsome guy in the world. Jennifer Anniston was good in the movie, and looked great. Nicole Kidman on the other hand was down right SCARY looking in the film. Her face looked so damn tight that I am surprised she can even open her mouth to speak,...Lord!!!

I didn't think Nick Cage could make any more shitty movies, but he did with Drive Angry. What is up with this guy's acting style, or lack of? He seems to do the same thing in every movie. He always looks dirty and gross, and does that spaced out stare through most of the movie. Every once in awhile he will speak in that gruff and slow way he does, dramatically pronouncing each word. The plot was so stupid that I wish I could get back that hour and 44 minutes.
