Oh hell yeah...it was all for the eye candy. Remember Sam Elliot in Lifeguard circa 1976? Drool worthy!

This is one of the very few movies that I own. I love it!

I watched '1941' overnight. Fun movie that flopped back in 79, but I do like the eyecandy of Bobby Dicicco and a young Treat Williams...and I find it entertaining in a fun mindless way so I watch it from time to time. It also has a young Wendy Jo Sperber at her best imo. Loved her too.

Just watched the movie Michael with John Travolta, I pretty much hated it. Two of my sisters in law convinced me to get it, and now they must pay. I normally like Travolta, which is weird because I hate Co$ and won't watch Tom Cruise movies because of Co$. I found the plot quite boring, and he didn't do any angel things really, except heal the dog. His wings looked stupid and dirty.

The other night I couldn't get to sleep so I popped in Horror Hotel, my favorite horror movie in the world. Give me a good coven of witches any day.

Red Riding Hood - hated it, almost fell asleep. There was nothing else on that one of us hadn't already seen.

Limitless - I really enjoyed it despite some plot flaws and I found Bradley Cooper attractive for once.

Sucker Punch - looooved it. Just take it for what it is. I don't see why people are comparing it to Inception at all, they both involve dreams but it's a completely different concept. I plan to see it again once or twice on the megascreen.

Paul - loved it. I thought it was very funny, although I love Simon Pegg and Nick Frost.

Scream 4 - it was what you expect. I laughed. It became unbelievably stupid towards the end but it's Scream 4 so what do you expect. So many people were saying it was terrible when leaving the cinema and it was too much of a joke and how it was just like 1-3 - uhhh... that was the point, it was self-reflexive to the max and a homage to first films. It wasn't meant to be a great horror, I don't know why they expected that.

Just Go With It - it was alright. I can't believe I just said a Jenni movie was actually okay! It was a bad movie but entertaining and light, apart from the shoddy ending it was bearable... dare I say it, enjoyable.

Has anyone here seen Never Let Me Go? I really want to see it but it's only in 1 small cinema here now and it's last days. Is it worth the effort?

The Towering Inferno. First-class entertainment all the way. For some reason I chuckle when the people fall out of the windows - it looks so silly. Faye Dunaway looks beautiful but overacts terribly.

The End of the Affair. Julianne Moore is so amazing in this, and manages to pull off a decent British accent.

The Switch. It was ok. Not horrible but not great. It kind of drags a bit... the plot just can't support the length of the film.

The Kids are Alright. Hooked from the moment it started until the end. Which btw, sucked! I get it's all real life-y so things don't tie up in a pretty bow but imo too many things were left unsaid. I'd still recommend it though.

I couldn't help but compare Arthur to the original. I did not like it at all. Russell Brand was good, but also, a big fat pain in the ass. His accent annoyed the shit out of me. They could have done so much better with the movie.

Limitless was annoying. Bradley Cooper was miscast (and he was one of the executive producers). His narrative through the movie was awful and boring. After an hour, i couldn't take it anymore, and we left. The storyline was stupid.

I am SOOOOOO jealous you have a drive-in close to you.

The Lost Boys - I saw this movie in the theaters, and I still love it. I just love Jason Patric. He's so freaking hot!

God knows why, but for some reason my parents let me watch that several times as a child. It seemed to be shown on TV fairly regularly. Absolutely cheese-tastic! I love the part with the glass elevator.

Just saw Rio today and LOVED it. Jesse Eisenberg's voice was perfect for the main character.
