yes the mother was great. personally i loved the ending, we really dig our own graves. it wasn't match point or viky christina barelona but i thought it was one of his better efforts of late.

I am currently watching the Debbie Gibson/Tiffany movie on SyFy, something called Python vs Gator, or some such. Anyway, Debbie G looks pro ana, and Tiffany looks like she ate one of the gators before filming. Both of them look whack.

I dig this sick little film....
love when Cameron Manheim tells Philip Seymour Hoffman about killing and chopping up the guy who raped her, and he's like "well....everyone has their pluses and minuses."

I just watched Day Watch, the sequel to Night Watch, they are Russian horror/fantasy movies. Weird, wild stuff, and they look like they cost a fortune to make.

500 Days of Summer. I loved Zooey Deschanel but by the end I couldn't stand her character, and she looked like Katy Perry.

Just got back from watching Black Swan. Natalie Portman was impressive. But I preferred Aronofsky's Requiem for a Dream to this one.
