    (500) Days of Summer. It was adorable, and Joseph Gordon-Levitt is hotness.

    starsky and hutch.

had a few chuckles and "uplifting" messages with the usual homoerotic-lite stuff ben stiller does. good 70's soundtrack.

The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo and The Girl Who Played With Fire. I loved these movies! Very suspenseful and well acted. I can't wait to see The Girl Who Kicked The Hornet's Nest.

    Get Him to the Greek.

I expected better. It was funny but I guess I built it up in my mind...

oh thank you shellee, i didn't know that! i think i'm gonna watch it this weekend.

i just watched "the new daughter". i really liked it. it was original, suspenseful and scary. not your typical "family moves into a new house and hears strange stuff"-type of movie.

    For Colored Girls
Not my kind of movie but very good nonetheless. Surprisingly I found myself tearing up often.

    Psycho. Awesome.
When your daughter plays "House," she pretends to be an annoying doctor with a pill-addiction and a limp.

We watched both of them last night!! LOVED them, I don't know how we'll go back to watching hollywood crap. I wonder when Netflix will have Hornet's Nest, hopefully soon.

^^ i just looked them up on imdb and now i want to watch them, too! so you have to watch"The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo" first and then "The Girl Who Played With Fire", right?

i just watched "derailed" and i loved it. jennifer aniston was a real miscast, though. i can't believe they chose her for this role, she was just bad.
but clive owen is so unbelievably hot, good god.

Toy Story 3 again....just bought it, though did see it in the theatre. Was supposed to be an Xmas present, but my little one was sick so I broke it out...

Anyway...still didn't think it was that great. Everyone LOVED this and I thought it lingered on certain things far too long for no reason...

    Guess I'm weird.

Alfred Hitchcock's Rear Window. It was made of win and awesomeness.

I'm reading this series right now! I just finished "The Girl Who Played With Fire" and now I'm starting "The Girl Who Kicked The Hornet's Nest". Are you referring to the swedish film adaptations? I read that they're making an American one of TGWTDT but it won't be out until next year. Did you like the casting? The biggest deal-breaker for me is when I've read the book and the movie has really terrible actors in the character roles.

Yes, you'll definitely want to watch Dragon Tattoo first because it introduces all the characters. Both movies are long, but so interesting, they seem short.
