I think I'm going to have to watch it again, too. There was so much going on in that movie, so much to see. Awesome.

But I don't agree (with many critics) that Leo was even better than in Departed. He was great, as always, but his role in Departed has a much bigger range.

Leo is probably the only movie star who really draws me into the cinema all by himself.

Cop Out. We enjoyed it. Same old cops out to get the bad guys movie, with some comedy and cussing thrown in the mix. Tracy Morgan was pretty funny in it, as was Seann William Scott. Seann can play such an annoying dumbass, and just makes me laugh without even trying. It was also nice seeing Bruce Willis bald, it suits him and I think he is more attractive now than 15 years ago.

Clash of the Titans. My family and I liked it. It's the typical fantasy movie with pretty good effects, gross creatures and a love story that sums it all up in the end.

City Island. I really liked the movie. Drama of a dysfuntional family trying to get through life. I thought the son was HOT!! Steven Strait? Hadn't heard of or watched him in any movies before this one. I enjoyed seeing Andy Garcia and Julianna Margulies in the storyline, too.

Must have been "C" movies weekend at my house.

Dr. No this morning. And of course I enjoyed it-it is my favorite James Bond film.

Good movie. I love me some Chris Evans.

The Last Exorcism. A LOT of humor and pretty good suspense, until the last five minutes and then I was like "Oh come on, you've GOT to be kidding. THAT'S the best you could do?"

^ That's what Mr. MoviePhone said. He was completely on board until the last 5 minutes, which totally ruined the movie.

Zombieland. I really liked it. Got a lot of laughs out of it. Woody Harrelson is funny as shit!!

The Orphanage. Spanish. Excellent movie. A little scary, a little creepy and a little sad. Excellent all around.

    Twilight(1998)
It was a pleasure to me seeing Paul Newman,Gene Hackman and Susan Sarandon in one movie, albeit quite poignant now that Paul has passed
P.S.Susan is incredibly sexy in this one

Pretty cool. Keira Knightley is super awsome in it.

    The Graduate - horribly dated

Millenium - watched like a TV film. Saw on the Net that some non-Scan viewers were shocked that the actors, being Swedish, weren't gorgeous and blonde

The Big Sleep - a bit overrated, not that mythical feel to it that I was looking for

The Devil Wears Prada - trite, trite, trite

The Bride Wore Black - great, very intense acting by Moreau

Casino - boring and cliched, only the last hour roused any semblance of interest in me

What Ever Happened to Baby Jane? - could have been better with a director, with, say, Kubrick. Great acting.

In the Name of the Father - Ah, Daniel Day-Lewis, that arse, that intensity! A bit too facile in places, but overall, quite watchable
I don't want to perish like a fading horse - best lyric ever

    I liked that too.

I watched another Spanish horror film called "The Haunting". It was very atmospheric, the way it was shot, but had a lame plot with some even lamer special effects.

We watched The Dark Knight again. My son is going to be the Joker in the nurse's uniform for Halloween, so we wanted to see it again. poor Heath Ledger. He was so good in that film.

    The Haunting in Connecticut

I've seen it before. Supposedly based on a true story, although, from what I've read, a lot of made-up stuff was added to give the movie a better story. I guess the original wasn't that interesting.

Earth 2100. A documentary-style TV movie about the effects of global warming as seen through the eyes of a centenarian. Scary and a tad depressing.

After Hours (1986?). It was ok. I used to love it, but it is 'just ok' now.

    Still love the cast though.
